Interested in integrating yoga and nutrition to create a balanced practice that supports the whole client? Join us for an educational talk presented by Registered Dietitian, Allison Filepp, who will delve into the latest research and explore the effects of yoga on the nervous system. Discover 5,000 year-old breathing techniques and mindful practices backed by research to support digestion, absorption, and a body-positive relationship with food. Learn how to incorporate these practices into your life and offer them as tools to support clients on their journey to wellness.

Location: Boston University, Sargent College Room 220 Time: 6:00-6:30 pm networking and refreshments 6:30-7:30 pm CEU presentation
