Position Description:

Do you love working with the elderly and want to work part-time with a great group of people?

We have a fabulous opportunity to work at a gorgous facility that has a supportive and energetic team. Please reach out if you have questions before applying

Minimum Qualifications:

BS degree with a concentration in Food and Nutrition

Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and be well organized

Must have knowledge of therapeutic diets and a clinical nutrition background

Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action

Must be able to multi task

Must be registered with The American Dietetic Association as well as maintain CEU’s on

going basis

Must be licensed by The Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, resident, family members

visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public

Desired Qualifications:

Skilled Nursing Facility experience

MDEF Scholarships

For 2025, MDEF will be giving out two MDEF scholarships and one MDEF Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) scholarship to deserving nutrition students, each in the amount of $1500. Please pass along to any nutrition students or interns who may be eligible to apply!
