Social For Success: Spent Grains Bread Making Class

Connect with other MAND members at the Spent Bread Making Class hosted by the Somerville Brewing Company. This will be a wonderful opportunity to meet other members and a fun night to learn making spent bread. Each person will take home a finished oven-ready loaf, extra spent grain and the recipe. The class also includes one beer token per person and attendants have to be over aged 21 for any alcohol consumption. Free parking available at the brewery. All MAND members are welcome. Only 15 spots are available.

MDEF Scholarships

For 2025, MDEF will be giving out two MDEF scholarships and one MDEF Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) scholarship to deserving nutrition students, each in the amount of $1500. Please pass along to any nutrition students or interns who may be eligible to apply!
