In this training, nutrition professionals will investigate and seek solutions to three common challenges in practice: (1) Keeping abreast of trends and new research in nutrition, dietetics, and health care; (2) Translating nutrition and health research to practice for clients, patients, and consumers; (3) Combatting the perpetuation of nutrition misinformation in social media platforms.

Susie Kundrat is a life-long well-being enthusiast. Susie has 35 years of experience as a nutrition educator and health advocate. As a Registered Dietitian and educator, Susie uses her "Science to Simple" approach with consumers, students, athletes, and groups to enhance health and well-being.
