Take Action Now!

Updated April 1, 2025

Attending ANCE and have questions about public policy?

MAND’s Public Policy Panel will have a booth in the expo section. Please stop by to meet the team and ask any questions you have about MAND’s public policy activities, telehealth MNT and dietetic licensure bills filed this legislative session, taking action alerts or getting more involved with public policy. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Take the first step to getting more involved with MAND’s advocacy work

Helping out can be as simple as sending an email or a social media message to your state legislators, as this helps to create and grow relationships with elected officials.

Each registered Massachusetts voter is a constituent of one state senator and one state representative. Our elected officials appreciate hearing directly from their constituents, learning about issues important to them. It is when we educate them on nutrition-related issues and directly ask for their support of a bill or policy item that we can begin to see success in policy areas important to us and our fellow nutrition and dietetics practitioners.

Visit https://malegislature.gov/Search/FindMyLegislator to learn who your legislators are and how to contact them. Then keep an eye on this page to learn when and how to contact them.
