MDEF Fundraiser - Workout for All Levels

Event Address: Simmons University, 300 The Fenway, School of Management 5th Floor,  Boston MA
 
Enjoy a great workout while also supporting the Massachusetts Dietitians Education Foundation (MDEF) scholarship fund on October 19, 2024 at 10am!
 
This 45-minute mixed strength and cardio class includes bodyweight exercises that can be modified for all skill levels. It will be held indoors at Simmons University in the School of Management, 5th floor, in an ADA accessible space. Metered street parking is available as well as an onsite garage, which will be discounted for attendees (can put Simmons University Garage in Google maps and the class will be in the closest building to the garage). Please bring a mat, if you have one. Water and snacks will be provided. We will reach out with any important updates by email. For more information about MDEF, click here.
 
The cost is $25 (Venmo/PayPal/cash) when you register ahead of time, $30 at the event. If you would like to add an extra donation to MDEF, it would be much appreciated! Anyone who attends will also be entered into a raffle for a $50 Macy's gift card.

MDEF Scholarships

For 2024, MDEF will be giving out two MDEF scholarships and one MDEF Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) scholarship to deserving nutrition students, each in the amount of $1500. Please pass along to any nutrition students or interns who may be eligible to apply!
