Through this webinar, attendees will learn about the cutting edge food prescription program offered to Grady Hospital patients. Based in Atlanta Georgia, the hospital serves a large proportion of low-income patients. Ranked as the 10th largest public hospital in the United States and only level 1 trauma center in Georgia, Grady’s focus is on expanding opportunities to better serve marginalized communities.
Participants will hear from Food Pharmacy Manager (Jasmynne Blacks) as well as Teaching Kitchen Manager (Dhana Blissett) regarding strategies and practices in place to positively enhance the health and well-being of program participants and their families.
